Ordering Books: Books can be ordered by telephone, e-mail, paypal or credit card. An answer-phone can take your call if we cannot immediately speak with you. Please send money promptly upon receipt. First time customers may be required to pay in advance after completing a pro-forma invoice. All orders acknowledged. We ensure that our website is updated on most days so it is highly likely that the books you enquire about are available.

All prices are net. Postage is extra. UK postage at cost, (usually about £3 a book) up to a maximum of £5 per item. Please make cheques payable to ‘Pinnacle Books'. Overseas postage at cost, depending on weight, destination and speed of delivery. Please advise whether you prefer surface or airmail. (Typically, airmail to the USA takes 1 week, by surface mail 4-5 weeks.) Please make cheques payable to ‘Pinnacle Books'.

If ordering through Paypal our email account address is pinnaclebooks@blueyonder.co.uk Paypal allows you to pay using a credit/debit card without needing a Paypal account. If you have a Paypal account then you have the flexibility to pay by either your credit/debit card, by transferring funds to your Paypal account or directly from your bank account.

Guarantee of Service: We are keen to ensure that are book descriptions are accurate. Any book not matching its description can be returned within seven days at our expense and a full refund will be provided.

Building a Collection: We realise that many of our customers are expert in their fields of collection and know precisely the books that they are looking for. We also recognise, however, that some clients are keen to build up their own personal libraries, but perhaps do not know quite what they are looking for and in which directions to turn to develop their collections. We are more than happy to offer advice on building up collections, or indeed supplying complete libraries. Feel free to contact us to discuss your wants or plans.
